This is free WiFi provided by Wire and Wireless Co., Ltd. Available at 200,000 locations. After you register a basic account you will be able to use 60,000 spots. If you get a premium code from an affiliated store you will be able to use WiFi at 200,000 spots. The app available for Android in the Google Play and for iOS in the Apple Store.
